It's almost time to watch the Ducks fall from the sky AND watch someone win $5000!!  This year marks the 6th year of the Great Bagnell Dam Duck Drop and every year it's been getting better and better!

• Located on the Bagnell Dam in Lake of the Ozarks
• Organized by the Ozark Coast Kiwanis
• Family Fun Zone Opens at 10:00am
• Duck Drop Ticket Sales end at 1:00pm SHARP
• Duck Drop at Noon!

The Family Fun Zone will be loaded with some great activities for the kids like Pony Rides, bounce houses, face painting and SOOOOOO much more!!

This 2 level Lakefront Vacation home offer gorgeous panoramic views of the lake and all the amenities of the Osage Heritage Association. You will find our walk in main level to be beautifully decorated with our queen master bedroom offering a private entrance to the deck and beautiful lake views. Also, on the main level you will find our second bedroom offers comfortable twin beds, a walk in closet, and panoramic views from the 2 tall windows bordering a beautifully crafted stone wall. For additional sleeping accommodations, a queen air mattress is provided. The upper deck serves the main level bedrooms and offers lounging for enjoying the outdoors and sunshine!

In the lower level of our home, you will love the fantastic lake views from both the living and kitchen/dining areas offered by the tall windows. The living area has comfortable seating and electric insert into a beautiful stone fireplace to warm up those cozy evenings! You will also enjoy the entertainment of a 43" flat screen TV, Cable, and Wi-Fi. The chef in your party will love our fully equipped kitchen and dining seating for 6 as well as the outdoor gas grill and outdoor dining area on the lower level deck.

You will love every minute of your stay at Osage Heritage whether it be lounging on either of the 2 decks and enjoying the sunsets, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, boating from our 10x28 boat slip or fishing off the dock! You will also enjoy the fun of the beach area and the community swimming pool or heading out for an afternoon of Premium Outlet Mall shopping only minutes away!

As a duo, Island 1& 2 homes offer casual comfort and easy living on the water. Enjoy 4 spacious decks and the Smugglers Den, a comfortable lake side retreat, complete with fridge, stereo, cable, gas grill and patio tables. Roast some marshmallows around the fire pit, pitch some horseshoes, enjoy the game room, enjoy easy access to the lake, swim dock and an endless array of extras. The sunsets are wonderful! Two boat slips for your group.

Island 1 home offers a large dining rooms with a view of the Lake. Master bedroom has a King size bed, walk out deck, and full bathroom. 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, and the 4th bedroom has 2 Twins, and 2 Queens. Additional Twin bed off the Master Suite and Futon sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with lake views.

Island 2 home offers 1 King, 2 Queen, 3 Twins and 2 Futons. 2 Full Bathrooms. Fully equipped Kitchen, family room/ fireplace.

This home combination welcomes multiple families wanting to enjoy a house with a minimum of steps to the water. Note: In the Fall/Winter season Island 1 home can be rented alone for 1/2 the rate providing sleeping accommodations for 10.

Located outside are 4 decks, tables, chairs and lake restroom. The Smugglers Den gives your group the feeling of having your own tiki bar. I'm sure many hours of entertainment will be enjoyed outside. YOLO 'you only live once'. Everyone deserves a hideaway to call their own. At night, gather around the warmth of the lakefront fire pit to roast marshmallows or possibly enjoy some night fishing or story telling.

For your convenience, there are boat and wave runner rentals next door at Iguana Watersports offering a 20% discount for your reservation. You can enjoy the best of both worlds: Quiet natural setting in the back of our cove and just 10 minutes away from the 110-store outlet mall, shopping, numerous golf courses, restaurants, night life and attractions. 

Immediate access to Iguana WaterSports Boat and Wave Runner rentals. The house features an open floor plan and lots of outdoor seating!

2 Bedrooms 1 Bathrooms Sleeps 6 Parking for 2 Vehicles 

• Rates: Peak Season $225 per week night $240 Fri/Sat, Off Season $135 per night plus tax, pet fee, additional guest fee if applicable. Can be combined with Luxury Log Cabin to accommodate 16 guests.
