This Lake of the Ozarks Vacation Home offers a lovely master bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed. The 2 bedrooms upstairs with a large bathroom and walk in closets and downstairs is a full bathroom and murphy bed.
The home has large decks and lots of windows to enjoy the beauty of the cove. Located near the 10mm of the lake, our private boat slip has a swim dock and room for 2 boats, one a 24' slip with a pontoon/wave runner lift!

Rates are: Peak Season $350 per night and Fall/Winter Season $200 per night plus $110 Departure/Cleaning fee and $500 refundable damage deposit. $40 per person per night for approved guests over 10 and $25 per Pet per night for approved Pets.

Special Seasonal and Holiday Discounts may apply and Long Term Rental is $975 per month in addition to utilities, cable, pet, and refundable security deposit fees.

It has a walk out lower level with beautiful patio area. Off the kitchen you will enjoy grilling out on the 2nd wrap around deck, and all the lake has to offer. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, table area, living room with 48" flat screen tv, main bath room, and all bedrooms have a 28" flat screen tv. There is a beautiful loft bedroom upstairs with 2 queen beds view the lake from all the windows. Lower level, 2 queen bedrooms lake views, full bathroom, and utility room with washer and dryer.

Packing for your Lake of the Ozarks Vacation will be easy as we've supplied all the essentials you will need for a relaxing week long stay: hairdryer, lines, ample supply of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, iron/ironing board, and kitchen we supply cookware, paper towels, trash liners, dish soap, utensils and place settings. The only things you'll need to bring are beach towels, food, beverages and a desire for a memorable relaxing vacation!

We have weekly trash pick-up, open parking, onsite covered boat slip, PWC slips and ramp for docking your boat at NO CHARGE. Also room for your trailer.
