Locally, we invest for you through advertising with KRMS, 101.9 The Wave and Mix 92.7 radio stations, as well as LAKETV.com's live streaming with the possibility of reaching 1,750,000 tourists a year.  We also maintain a membership with the Lake of the Ozarks Convention & Visitor's Bureau (CVB).  We advertise on the CVB website and have access to receive lists of email addresses of 50-100 potential  customers weekly to whom we then forward our Letter of Invitation to view and choose your vacation property.  WE also keep your property listed (annonymously) and updated weekly on Craigslist where we get a good volume of inquiries.


For added visibility of your vacation home, we use social media marketing.  We have a great Facebook following for Professional Service Enterprise.  We have recently went further with social media with Twitter, Pinterest and Blogger to talk about the services and properties that we offer.  Your property also has a web presence on our own website www.pseatthelake.com.

PSE's CEO, Nancy Wadsworth is also the owner of Momma's Market 5.5mm on the Lake, where your home is advertised to thousands of national, international and local visitors and patrons int he course of the season.  Word of mouth brings lots of interest and in the 2012 seaons, 7,500 color changing Mood Cups were distributed with even more in the 2013 season.   This advertising medium for PSE is one that moves far and wide and will be around for years to come.

We also invest advertising dollars for you in the press, with Vacation News Magazine, LO Profile, Relocating to the Lake and Second Home Living Magazines.   These end up on thousands of coffee tables in lobbies, on newsstands, and handed out at boat shows, home shows and other business events around the state!
